Baked Stuffed Haddock that everyone loves

Baked Stuffed Haddock

Ingredients

1.5 pounds haddock

2 Tbsp light cream or milk

1 tsp basil

STUFFING:

1 roll of Ritz crackers, rolled fine

1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

ยฝ stick melted butter (plus extra to melt and drizzle over top stuffing layer)

1 can crabmeat with juices

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix stuffing ingredients.

In a 6×10 sprayed/oiled pan, layer stuffing, fish, 1 Tbsp. cream, stuffing fish, 1 Tbsp. cream and finally finishing with stuffing.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
