My mother is about 21 years older than me and we use different types of make-up and skin products. Today I am going to show you the products in my mother’s make-up bag because, well, she was more organized than me today! LOL. Soon I will have a post showing what’s in my make-up bag.
In looking for my mother’s make-up products on Amazon, we discovered that some of her favorite products are not on Amazon anymore! My mom said she purchased these products within the last six months so she is very disappointed. The cheek “stain” can be purchased through the manufacturer, Tarte.
Her favorite liquid foundation isn’t on Amazon anymore in the shade she has purchased twice but it was available on Walmart just now.

Mom sticks with a product for a while (she still uses Maybelline mascara in the pink and green tube!), but when she sees someone who has great skin she asks what products they use which is how she ended up with this combination. She likes Bare Minerals loose face powder but a friend of hers uses Bobbi Brown and so my mom tried that brand and likes it, too.
You can always find comparable products to your favorites. But, it seems that when you really really really like a product, the formula gets changed a little or the packaging.
