My Banana Republic favorites: Jeans!

I worked at Banana Republic in Freeport, Maine for several years as the stockroom supervisor and I came to love the brand. The clothing is stylish, trendy, classic, and can be purchased in-store or online.

As I’ve noted in other blog posts, I balance the expensive items in my wardrobe with fabulous finds from thrift stores. Do you do the same? In this post I share affiliate links to my favorite Banana Republic jeans and an oversized blazer. I’ve added affiliate links to accessories from other retailers, too, to round out these outfits. Enjoy!

I’m usually not a fan of loose jeans, but I like these. Banana Republic Loose Jeans affiliate link https://sovrn.co/0dnazwh

I love the name of the flare-style jeans: puddle! All you ladies who wore wide wide wide bell bottoms will be glad to see puddle jeans. It’s true what gets said about fashion: trends stick around, fade, and then come back as retro styles. So hold onto your trendy clothes, because you’ll probably see them return to style. Think of all those styles that are now called retro and vintage!

You can probably find some of that retro fashion at a thrift store right now! I wrote about thrift store shopping in this blog post: https://livingwithdana.com/2024/02/thrift-shopping-versus-online-shopping/
