Today was the Football Fantasy league draft day! I prepared by doing my homework on the players I would have to choose from to fill the 16 spots on my team. One selection is actually “Defense” which is a team. These are the players/team that I selected:

QB: A. Richardson, Indianapolis
WR: C. Olave, New Orleans
WR: D. Moore, Chicago
RB: B. Hall, NY Jets
RB: S. Barkley, Philadelphia
TE: D. Kincaid, Buffalo
WR: A. Cooper, Cleveland
QB: J. Daniels, Washington
WR: D. Johnson, Car
WR: C. Kirk, Jackson
RB: T. Spears, Tennessee
QB: T. Lawrence, Jax
WR: H. Brown, KC
WR: R. Shaheed, NO
K: K. Fairbairn, Houston
Defense Team: Philadelphia

What do you think of my picks?
Before family came over for the draft we prepared a lot of food including eggplant disks breaded and cooked in the air fryer (delicious), Pizza Market’s chicken wings, Renee’s spinach and artichoke dip, cheese and crackers, and sushi. Quite a smorgasboard!
I’ll share the recipe and photos for the eggplant cooked in the air fryer after I take a break! Phew! Today was a long day!
I did take a minute to go through my home decorating stuff in the basement storage and found a nice pumpkin candy bowl. I’ll share where you can get the bowl in another post.
