Let’s hear it for dinner that practically makes itself! 🍗✨ I’ve been playing around with my new Ninja Crispi® 3-in-1 Air Fryer Cooking System—and I am hooked. This little powerhouse crisps, roasts, and reheats like a champ, and tonight’s star is a ridiculously simple garlic ginger chicken that’s juicy on the inside and golden crisp on the outside.

It only takes a few ingredients, and most of them are probably already in your kitchen. Bonus: I shopped around for the best deal on this gadget, and tonight the best price is at Walmart. (Affiliate link below if you want to check it out!)

🍗 Garlic Ginger Crispi Chicken (Ninja Style!)
Servings: 2–4
Cook Time: 18–20 minutes
Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus marinating time)
Ingredients:
1.5–2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil (plus a little for brushing)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or 1 tsp sriracha for a little kick
Instructions:
Make the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar/lime, honey, ginger, garlic, and optional heat.
Marinate the Chicken
Add chicken to a resealable bag or bowl, pour the marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (2–4 hours is best, but overnight? Chef’s kiss).
Preheat the Ninja Crispi (Air Crisp function)
Set to 390°F for 18–20 minutes. Let it preheat while you prep.
Crisp It Up!
Place chicken in the air fry basket in a single layer. Brush with a little olive oil for extra crispness.
Cook for 9–10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8–10 minutes until golden and internal temp hits 165°F.
Serve and Savor
Rest for a couple minutes. Serve with steamed rice, a side of broccoli, or wrap it in lettuce for a low-carb option.
