Easy Olive Tapenade for your charcuterie board!

This 5-minute olive tapenade adds instant flavor to any charcuterie board—simple ingredients, bold Mediterranean taste! It’s one of those recipes that feels fancy but takes practically no time at all.

Some recipes are just meant to be on repeat—and this olive tapenade is one of them. I make it almost every week because it’s fast, flavorful, and works with everything from sandwiches to charcuterie boards.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 cup green olives with pimentos
  • 6 large garlic-stuffed olives

You can mix it up and use any combination of olives, but this blend is my favorite—it hits all the right notes of salty, tangy, and garlicky.

Add all the olives (and a little bit of the brine) to your food processor. Pulse until you reach your desired texture—some people like it chunky, others smooth like a paste. Taste and adjust the amount of juice or garlic to your liking.

Serve with crackers, cheese, and meats for a simple, elegant snack or as part of your next charcuterie board. If you love olives, you’ll love this!

This charcuterie board and cheese serving set is useful if you set up cheese, crackers, olives, nuts, fruit, and meat on the buffet table. And it looks great, makes a great gift! Amazon affiliate link  https://amzn.to/4el2P8I
