Healthy you: Make yourself delicious smoothies
Smoothies are a great way to pack a lot of nutrients into a single meal or snack. Currently my favorite smoothie is Ensure-Plus, half a banana, unsweetened almond milk (either plain or vanilla), 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 heaping tablespoon natural peanut butter (I’m using Teddie’s), and a splash of tart cherry juice.
