2cans crabmeat or tiny shrimp with juices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix stuffing ingredients.
In a 6×10 pan, layer little cream, stuffing, fish, more cream, stuffing fish, little cream and finally finishing with stuffing.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Notes
We've made this recipe with one pound of fish and also with 2.5 pounds of fish. Adjust your stuffing so that you have enough for the middle and top layers of stuffing.No need to spray-oil the baking pan if you use non-stick foil.We sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the top layer of stuffing, along with the basil.
