Cuisine American
Dressing:
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Salad:
- 8 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup craisins
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 6 strips bacon cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Make the dressing by whisking all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Add the chopped broccoli to the dressing and stir to coat. Add the remaining salad ingredients and toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
*Tip: I used precooked bacon to speed up the process, works just fine. If you don’t have craisins or sunflower seeds, try using the premade salad toppers. (I used a dried blueberry and toasted walnut).
